About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level tax advice to clients, addressing complex issues.
  • Ensure top-notch service delivery to our existing clients.
  • Monitor service performance and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Lead client meetings and contribute to the development of new business initiatives.
  • Oversee various tax and customs duty projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Manage tax strategies for corporate and international tax matters.
  • Support key clients during tax and customs inspections.
  • Anticipate and manage future resource needs for your team.
  • Lead and develop your team, setting clear goals and providing guidance.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in tax advisory, with a proven track record in a management role.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of tax advisory in Serbia and international taxation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in business development.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
