About the Role:

Office Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Performing the companies invoicing and payments;
- Correspondence with clients and collection of payments;
- Front desk organization (telephone, doorbell, office e-mail, post, petty cash);
- Organisation and coordination of the office work, correspondence, preparation of various reports;
- Time table management (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc);
- Creation of client files and conducting identification in accordance with AML procedures;
- Maintenance of HR administration and HR support (Bamboo HR entries, team events organizing);
- Supporting clients regarding administration tasks;
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports;
- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures and making necessary adjustments.
- Providing full office support with other various tasks, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in an international company;
- Good knowledge in accounting: experience in payment procedures, organization of invoice flow, detailed follow up of project payment;
- Advanced MS Office knowledge;
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, knowledge of German language is an advantage.
