During 2024, the competent Agency for Economic Registers will accept regular and consolidated annual financial statements for the reporting year 2023, along with all accompanying documentation and Statements of Inactivity. Additionally, entities can submit extraordinary financial statements for 2023 and the current year, 2024. Please note that reports for 2022 and prior years will not be accepted.
Submission Deadlines:
Financial statements, Statements of Inactivity, and accompanying documentation must be submitted within the prescribed deadlines, as per Article 45 of the Accounting Law.

If deadlines fall on non-working days, the Law on General Administrative Procedure will move them to the first subsequent working day. Auditing entities and those who have undergone voluntary auditing are required to submit accompanying requests within the deadlines prescribed for submitting financial statements.
After the statutory deadline, reports and accompanying documentation, including the Statement of Inactivity for the year 2023, can be submitted until the end of the following business year (until the end of 2024 for those whose business year is calendar-based). This also applies to report replacements, except for extraordinary financial statements.
