Starting January 31, 2024, users can access the application to complete and submit financial statements for 2023 through the Agency for Business Registers website, specifically through the Agency’s Special Information System (PIS APR).

The Agency’s website updates information on all types of requests that users can submit to the PIS FI system for financial reporting. Additionally, documentation required for each kind of request, user instructions on the Registry of Obligors, submission of non-activity statements, annual financial reports, and other types of financial reports, as well as procedures for their amendment and submission of special obligor requests, are available.

Moreover, technical guidelines for using the application, instructions for signing requests with a qualified electronic signature or cloud certificate, and instructions for paying the fee for public disclosure of financial reports have been published.

The website also includes information on legal deadlines for report submission, fees for processing and publishing reports, the scope of the financial report, rules of accounting-logic control, classification of legal entities and entrepreneurs, application of accounting regulations, determination of audit obligations, and submission of prescribed documentation.

The Agency has also launched an external portal, “Update of the Registry of Obligors”, within the PIS Agency, where obligors can file complaints if the data in the registry are not up-to-date. This portal allows obligors to register or deregister entrepreneurs who maintain double-entry bookkeeping. Before submitting requests, obligors should verify the accuracy of the data in the Registry of Obligors, and entrepreneurs who started keeping double-entry bookkeeping in 2023 should register in this registry.

All updates regarding the creation and submission of financial reports for 2023 are available on the Agency’s website.
