Dok benefiti \u010dine onaj dodatni deo da zaposleni osete da su vrednovani od srane kompanije i da se o njima brine.<\/p>\n<p>Neke od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih benefita koji poslodvaci nude su:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fleksibilno radno vreme<\/li>\n<li>Dodatni dani godi\u0161njeg odmora<\/li>\n<li>Rad od ku\u0107e<\/li>\n<li>Privatno zdravstveno osiguranje<\/li>\n<li>Kori\u0161\u0107enje slu\u017ebenog automobila u privatne svrhe<\/li>\n<li>Rekreacija zaposlenih(teretana, wellness program, yoga)<\/li>\n<li>Penzioni fondovi<\/li>\n<li>Zajedni\u010dke aktivnosti za zaposlene (tim bilding, porodi\u010dni dan, ru\u010dkovi itd)<\/li>\n<li>Davanje kredita zaposlenima (stambenih, pozajmica)<\/li>\n<li>Stipendije za \u0161kolovanje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A pre uvo\u0111enja beneficija, treba odgovoriti na slede\u0107a pitanja koja su prikazana na slici ispod.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"wp-image-2107 size-400 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.confida.rs\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1-400x246.png\" alt=\"benefiti\" width=\"400\" height=\"246\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.confida.rs\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1-200x123.png 200w, https:\/\/www.confida.rs\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1-300x184.png 300w, https:\/\/www.confida.rs\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1-400x246.png 400w, https:\/\/www.confida.rs\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1-600x369.png 600w, https:\/\/www.confida.rs\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1-768x472.png 768w, https:\/\/www.confida.rs\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1-800x491.png 800w, https:\/\/www.confida.rs\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1-1024x629.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.confida.rs\/rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Picture1.png 1177w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/>\u010cak i kada se uvedu benefiti koji su prilago\u0111eni zaposlenima i njihovim potrebama porebno je razumevanje tih benefita i komunikacija oko koriscenja i svrhe jer u suprotnnom zaposleni nece u potunosti ceniti mogucnosti koje su mu pruzene.To moze biti uradjeno putem razlicitih vebsajtova, prirucnika za koriscenje benefita, individualnih razgovora,grupnih razgovora,\u00a0 kako bi poslodavac bio siguran da zaposleni shvataju sta im je ponudjeno. Kada zaposleni shvate kakav uticaj benefiti imaju na njihove zivote zaposleni ce biti vise lojalni i produktivni.<\/p>\n<p>Benefiti koji su se dobro pokazali u na\u0161oj kompaniji su zajedni\u010dke aktivnosti zaposlenih (timbiliding, mese\u010dni ru\u010dkovi, sportske aktivnosti), fleksibilno radno vreme, rad od ku\u0107e, dodatni slobodni dani za polaganje ispita, pla\u0107enje edukacije I privatno zdravstveno osiguranje.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Uticaj privatnog zdravstvenog osiguranja na apsentizam i fluktuaciju zaposlenih<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Privatno zdravstveno osiguranje obezbe\u0111uje zdravstvenu za\u0161titu i daje mogu\u0107nost kori\u0161\u0107enja privatnih ordinacija i labaratorija.<\/p>\n<p>To je dodatni nivo zdravstvene za\u0161tite koje se mo\u017ee zaklju\u010diti nezavisno od obaveznog (dr\u017eavnog) zdrvatsvenog osiguranja.<\/p>\n<p>Razlozi za uvo\u0111enje privatnog zdravstvenog osiguranja su briga o zaposlenima i njihovom zdravstvenom stanju, ni\u017ea fluktuacija zaposlenih i ni\u017ea stopa apsentizma.<\/p>\n<p>Redovni sistematski pregledi u svrhu prevencije oboljenje doprinose smanjenju odsustva zaposlenih po osnovu dugih bolovanja.<\/p>\n<p>Organizacija rada u privatnim zdravstvenim ustanovama omogu\u0107ava zaposlenima da u kratkom vremenskom roku izvr\u0161e svoje preglede i urade potrebne analize za razliku od dr\u017eavnih zdravstvenih ustanova koji zbog lo\u0161e organizacije I sistemati\u010dnosti zahtevaju du\u017ei boravak usled \u010dega dolazi do du\u017eeg odsustva sa rada.<\/p>\n<p>U predstavljenoj analizi videli smo da je privatno zdravstveno osiguranje na drugom mestu za sve uzrasne kategorije zaposlenih benefit koji uti\u010de na njihovo zadovoljstvo i motivaciju \u0161to doprinosi ve\u0107oj lojalnosti trenutnom poslodavcu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Poreski tretmani privatnog zdravstvenog osiguranja<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Saglasno \u010dlanu 13. stav 1. Zakona o porezu na dohodak gra\u0111ana,\u00a0 pod zaradom u smislu ovog zakona, smatra se zarada koja se ostvaruje po osnovu radnog odnosa, definisana zakonom kojim se ure\u0111uju radni odnosi i druga primanja zaposlenog.<\/p>\n<p>Zaradom, u smislu \u010dl. 13. i 14. Zakona, smatraju se i premije svih vidova dobrovoljnog osiguranja koje poslodavac pla\u0107a za zaposlene \u2013 osiguranike uklju\u010dene u dobrovoljno osiguranje, u skladu sa zakonom koji ure\u0111uje dobrovoljno osiguranje (\u010dlan 14b stav 1. Zakona).<\/p>\n<p>Izuzetno od stava 1. tog \u010dlana Zakona, zaradom u smislu \u010dl. 13. i 14. Zakona ne smatra se premija dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja, koje poslodavac pla\u0107a za zaposlene \u2013 osiguranike, u skladu sa posebnim propisima koji ure\u0111uju navedene oblasti, do iznosa koji je oslobo\u0111en od pla\u0107anja doprinosa saglasno zakonu koji ure\u0111uje doprinose za obavezno socijalno osiguranje (\u010dlan 14b stav 2. ta\u010dka 2) Zakona).<\/p>\n<h3>Poslodavac ispla\u0107uje svim zaposlenima (kolektivno privatno zdravstveno osiguranje)<\/h3>\n<p>Zakon o porezu na dohodak gra\u0111ana predvi\u0111a u \u010dlanu 14b da premija dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja koju poslodavac pla\u0107a za zaposlene \u2013 osiguranike, do iznosa koji je oslobo\u0111en od pla\u0107anja doprinosa nema tretman zarade. Prakti\u010dno, prema ovom \u010dlanu, poslodavac ne pla\u0107a porez i socijalne doprinose na premiju privatnog zdravstvenog osiguranja za zaposlene, do odre\u0111enog iznosa (5872 RSD).<\/p>\n<p>Kada ukupan iznos premije odnosno doprinosa \u00a0<strong>prelazi neoporezivi iznos \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>deo koji je vi\u0161i od neoporezivog iznosa, smatra se zaradom i poslodavac je u obavezi da na isti obra\u010duna i plati i porez na zaradu i doprinose za obavezno socijalno osiguranje. U ovom slu\u010daju, iznos premije i neoporezivi iznos se zasebno prikazuju u isplatnom listi\u0107u konkretnog zaposlenog.<\/p>\n<h3>Poslodavac ispla\u0107uje za pojedine zaposlene<\/h3>\n<p>Premija kod kolektivnog osiguranja od posledica nezgode, uklju\u010duju\u0107i osiguranje od povreda na radu i profesionalnih oboljenja, kao i kolektivnog osiguranja za slu\u010daj te\u017eih bolesti i hirur\u0161kih intervencija, koju poslodavac pla\u0107a samo za odre\u0111ene kategorije zaposlenih (ne za sve zaposlene kod poslodavca) ima poreski tretman zarade saglasno odredbama \u010dl. 13. i 14.
